  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, personal care products).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or missing parts/accessories.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

1.4 Return Process

  1. Securely pack the product to avoid damage during transit.
  2. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
    • Pickup services may be available in select locations.
  3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the return approval/rejection.

1.5 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

1.6 Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  1. The product is used, damaged, or missing parts.
  2. The return request is made after the 7-day period.
  3. The product falls under the Non-Returnable Items category.

1.7 Return Shipping

  • For defective/damaged products: Electronagar.com will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other return reasons: Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
